I'm a physics and math student at university, and I've been vegan for a year now! I have so many recipes that I've decided to start posting them, as a resource at least for me and friends, and possibly for any other hungry vegans who want some inspiration.
I'm working toward a new paradigm of eating, one that celebrates fruits and vegetables rather than hiding them in "tastier" fare. By focusing on the things to love about plant-centric eating, I hope to prove to myself and others that it's possible to not just follow the rules, but approach the ideals of veganism. I think that food should be less about compulsive eating, guilt, and reluctant dieting. Food should be satisfying on every level!
